14:25 - "Red line has been crossed" by Iranian strike on hospital, says Israeli health minister
"The red line has been crossed. The dictatorship regime from Tehran has crossed the line and is acting as a barbaric terrorist organization," Uriel Busso wrote on X. He added that firing at the hospital is a "despicable war crime.
"The State of Israel, together with our partners in the free world, are committed and determined to put an end to this once and for all."

13:30 - Defense Minister Katz calls Khamenei a ‘modern Hitler' during visit to missile impact site in Holon: "Cannot continue to exist"
“A dictator like Khamenei, who heads a country like Iran and has made the destruction of the State of Israel his declared goal, this horrific goal of destroying Israel, cannot be allowed to continue or materialize,” he tells media at the site.
“I compare it to the scenario in which, during the horrific Holocaust, if the State of Israel had existed and a strong Israel Defense Forces had existed, and we knew we could send the IDF into a bunker to capture the enemy of the Jewish people, Hitler, in order to thwart his plan to annihilate the Jews, we would have done it,” he says.
President Donald Trump had previously vetoed an Israeli plan to kill Khamenei. The president later said there were no plans to kill him, “at least not for now.”
11:00 - Iranian state media says target of today's Be'er Sheva attack was the Gav-Yam Technology Park
“The principal target of the attack was the vast command and intelligence base of Israel’s army (IDF C4i) and the campus of their military intelligence, located in the Gav-Yam technology park, next to Soroka hospital in Be’er Sheva,” IRNA claims.
In 2022, CTech featured the park in its "Out of the Bubble" video series to highlight the technology and innovation coming from the region.
10:45 - After the missile attack this morning: Relatively calm opening on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange opened this morning and at this stage, there are no significant changes in the indices. The Tel Aviv 35 is down 0.13%, the Tel Aviv 90 is up 0.41%, and the Tel Aviv 125 is down 0.03%.
In foreign exchange trading, the shekel remained stable against the leading currencies. The dollar traded around 3.49, similar to its representative rate yesterday. The euro fell to the 3.99 shekel area, after its representative rate was set at 4.02 yesterday.

10:07 - IDF ordered to "intensify strikes" against Iran and "destabilize the Ayatollahs’ regime", defense minister says
Israel Katz said he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have instructed the Israeli military to “intensify strikes against strategic targets” and that “The Prime Minister and I have instructed the IDF to intensify strikes against strategic targets in Iran and against government sites in Tehran, in order to remove the threats facing the State of Israel and destabilize the Ayatollahs’ regime,” he said, according to the statement.
It is the first open admission that the IDF intends to attempt regime change in Iran.
9:40 - At least 65 wounded in Iran’s latest strikes - CNN
Israel’s emergency services said at least 65 people were wounded in Iran’s latest wave of strikes on Thursday.
Three people are in serious condition, including an 80-year-old man and two women around 70 years old, Israel’s emergency service Magen David Adom (MDA) said in an update Thursday.
Two people are also in “moderate condition” and 42 people sustained minor injuries from shrapnel and blast trauma, it said. An additional 18 people were injured while running to shelter, it said, without specifying their condition.
MDA teams are providing medical care at several locations and evacuating victims to hospitals, it added.
09:10 - Ichilov Medical Center treats 10 injured from Iranian strikes
The Tel Aviv-based hospital said most of the wounded are in “mild” condition and are being treated in its trauma room.

08:13 - Iranian state television is reporting that Israel struck Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor
Israel gave prior warning it would attack the facility and encouraged the public to flee the area. The report says there was “no radiation danger whatsoever” and that the facility had already been evacuated before the attack.
08:09 - Cities Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, and Holon report direct hits
Damage has been reported in cities across the country after a barrage of missiles from Iran was launched to populated areas.
Full extent of the damage is not yet known.
08:02 - Three injured in Holon strike, one seriously
A direct hit on a building in Holon left three people injured: one in serious condition, the other two in moderate and light condition. Further investigations are underway at the scene.
07:45 - Be'er Sheva hospital suffers direct hit in Iranian barrage; missiles also hit central Israel - TOI
Early this morning a ballistic missile fired from Iran made direct impact to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva.
The extent of the damage has not yet been assessed.

06:45 - Hezbollah commander killed in Lebanon drone strike, IDF says
The target of the strike in the town of Barish was Yassin Izz a-Din, commander of Hezbollah’s rocket artillery unit in the Litani River sector, according to the military.
The IDF says he advanced numerous rocket attacks on northern Israel during the war, and was involved in “attempts to restore Hezbollah’s artillery forces.”
